BIO

I'm an experienced People person. I've started in 1996 working in consultancy firms such as Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.

My biggest challenge so far started in 2006: to work the war on talent for the biggest IT Portuguese company. Since then I've worked with edge methodologies such as Design Thinking and Gamification to create engagement between the firm and our current and to-be talents. From induction and integration programs to the creation of a feedback-oriented culture. Mobility, appraisals, and training are other areas of my "Employee Experience" background.
